For purchases involving Gift Cards, customers will receive an immediate delivery code via email upon successful purchase. This code can be used instantly for redemption on our platform or shared with intended recipients.
Please note that for bookings made for offline stores, there is no shipping involved. Instead, customers receive a confirmation email with booking details and instructions for in-store redemption.
We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet expectations. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. For products exclusive to Not@Mrp, customers can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
However, please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. Once a Gift Card transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For bookings made for offline stores, customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may be subject to cancellation fees.
Upon receipt of returned items or cancellation of bookings, our team will inspect the products or booking details to ensure they meet the return or cancellation criteria outlined in our policies. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For cashback withdrawals, requests will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours of submission. Once approved, the cashback amount will be credited to the customer's designated account or payment method within the specified processing timeframes.
